With so many different styles and materials, how do I choose the right product for me?

Artful Living can help you choose just the right materials for your project, no matter how big or small. As a starting point, identify the requirements for your job first; you can then shop from a wide range of products, designs, styles, and colors—basing your decisions on your own taste or with the assistance of our highly trained staff.

How do you calculate the quantity of tiles that you need to order?
Once the surfaces in question have been measured, we recommend that you increase the amount required by 10 to 15% to allow for waste from laying, as well as any potential future repairs.

Are you open to the public?

Yes. Our showroom hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Other hours are available by appointment.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Please bring plans if you have them. Pictures, magazines, or other ideas of materials or looks you’re interested in are helpful as well. Basically, the more information you have up front, the better. However, if you’re starting from scratch, the Artful Living team can help you formulate the perfect aesthetic solution to your home or work environment.

Do I have to work with a designer or architect? 
We highly encourage you to work with an architect or interior designer on any project, but it’s not required. A designer  or architect can help you better assess your individual needs with regards to space, light, colors, textures, and functions, as well as lending a flow to your overall home environment.

Do you install products? 
Yes. You may with to review our Installation Services.

What are the lead times for in-stock items?
Artful Living uses only the best, professional-grade materials which come from select warehouses located around the country, so delivery time may vary. If a warehouse item is in stock, it will generally take 5-14 business days for shipping.

Can I purchase products on your website? 
Currently, purchases cannot be made directly from our website, but we hope to offer this option in the future. Please note that not all products available are represented on the Artful Living's website. You can view our entire product line in our spacious showroom located at 75-100 Merle Drive, Suite 3, in Palm Desert—in the heart of Designer’s Row.

Can I return products? 
Yes, but please be aware or our return policy. Return of stocked items are allowed within 30 days, and will result in a 30% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs to the originating warehouse. Please note that custom or made to order items cannot be returned.

How can I get a sample of tile to see if it matches my design? 
Please visit our showroom. We’ll be happy to supply samples for your project.

How can I place orders? 
Though you can place orders by phone or email, it’s a good idea to visit our showroom to place an order. This way we can review the product with you and ensure it’s exactly what’s needed for your project.

How do you accept payment? 
Artful Living accepts credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only), as well as payment by cash or check.

What are shipping costs? 
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, quantity and destination of product. Please contact Artful Living for more detailed information on specific shipping costs.
